New version of the UBAtc general regulation for approval and certification

During its most recent meeting the Board of Directors of the UBAtc approved a modified version of the UBAtc general regulation for approval and certification.
The document applies since 1 July 2022 and has been developed primarily with the aim of having an English version, in addition to the already existing Dutch and French version.
At this occasion, most provisions with regards to the European Technical Approvals and the transitional arrangements have been withdrawn.
The ATG-M and the possibility to have German versions of the approvals have been introduced and references have been updated.
