vous souhaitez engager la d\u00e9marche en vue d&rsquo;obtenir une \u00c9valuation Technique Europ\u00e9enne, il vous est fortement conseill\u00e9 de prendre en compte les points suivants afin d&rsquo;optimiser la proc\u00e9dure du point de vue des co\u00fbts et pour \u00e9viter les retards.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00c9valuation Technique Europ\u00e9enne, ETA, est un instrument l\u00e9gal cr\u00e9\u00e9 par le R\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en \u00ab Produits de Construction \u00bb (R\u00e8glement (UE) n\u00b0 305\/2011). Elle offre une solution alternative aux fabricants pour l\u2019obtention du droit d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement et de mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019une d\u00e9claration des performances, permettant au fabricant d&rsquo;apposer le marquage CE sur son produit. S&rsquo;il dispose du marquage CE, le produit peut \u00eatre distribu\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. En bref, l\u2019\u00c9valuation Technique Europ\u00e9enne ouvre l\u2019acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. Lorsqu&rsquo;une \u00c9valuation Technique Europ\u00e9enne ETA a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9e, il appartient au fabricant d\u2019\u00e9tablir la conformit\u00e9 des produits commercialis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ETA. La modalisation de cette obligation d\u00e9pend du syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 applicable au produit. Il peut s&rsquo;agir d&rsquo;un autocontr\u00f4le, mais \u00e9galement d&rsquo;une certification assur\u00e9e par un organisme notifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00c9valuation Technique Europ\u00e9enne ETA peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e uniquement si le produit ne rel\u00e8ve pas (encore) d&rsquo;une norme harmonis\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne. Les \u00c9valuations Techniques Europ\u00e9ennes ETA concernent des produits s&rsquo;\u00e9cartant du champ d&rsquo;application des normes harmonis\u00e9es europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p>La demande d&rsquo;un ETA constitue une initiative volontaire du demandeur. Aucune disposition l\u00e9gale ne prescrit l\u2019obligation, pour un produit, de faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00c9valuation Technique europ\u00e9enne ETA.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
